WINTER IS HERE!!!!
Summer is clearly over (although you probably can't tell the difference!) and despite the floods, high winds, mud, puddles and constant rain, we continue to have options.

For many bad weather is a perfect reason for putting the bike back in the garage, grabbing the TV remote and veging out for the next 5 months. We can kid our selves that we can easily loose the weight we gain all over again (it only took 4 months last time!) and really, getting wet and muddy on purpose is just childish....... isn't it?
